据我的了解，能加分是假的，63分可以通过是没有问题的。
拒签应该不是因为分数不够更不是因为没有hrdc加分，最大的问题可能是材料做的有问题。

钱一定得要，可以通过多种渠道。

在网络盛行的今天，还有这么多不要诚信的无耻中介，黑心的中介该踢出市场。叫他们身败名裂，臭名远扬。

其实用加拿大劳工部的加分很难，有的时候比技术移民还要难拿到劳工部的批准信

所以很多中介讲可以帮申请人用此加分，很多机会都是难以做到的。。。。

先声明我不是托，我是真的中介。
我们中介也推出这个项目，我把HRDC的确认函打在下面，如果中介拿不到这东西，就是假的啦。另外，有HRDC聘书还是走老程序，不走简化程序，如果中介还是走简化程序，那也是假的。有HRDC，签证官会优先处理，至于会快多少，只有结果会告诉我们答案，如果中介说保证多久，那也可能不真。
