请教大家 哈法气侯如何？冬天有多冷？阴雨天多不？

听别人介绍了哈法，房价便宜，想搬过去。
听说除了冬天风大些，没有其它缺点了。
气候方面有哪些优点哪些缺点呢？
适合怕冷的老人吗？适合有风温性关节炎的人吗？户外潮湿吗？

气候方面， 除了冬天风大些， 就没有其他缺点了。

Halifax has a humid continental climate, with warm summers and relatively mild winters, which is due to Gulf Stream moderation. The weather is usually milder in the winter or cooler in the summer than areas at similar latitudes inland, with the temperature remaining (with occasional notable exceptions) between about −8 °C (18 °F) and 24 °C (75 °F). January is the coldest month, being the only month with a high that is slightly below freezing at −0.1 °C (31.8 °F), while August is the warmest. The sea heavily influences the climate of the area, causing significant seasonal lag in summer, with August being significantly warmer than June and with September being the third mildest month in terms of mean temperature. The January mean is only 1.1 °C colder than the isotherm for the oceanic climate.

另外， 冬天不但一点也不潮湿， 反而有点干。 为此，我买了个加湿器，天天加湿器来保证室内的湿度。

我在哈法呆了近10年，今年是哈法气候最反常的一年，从去年到现在只下过两场透雪，天基本是干冷，风大。气温也不是很低，都说加拿大没春天，住在哈法今年终于感觉到了春天的气息，尤其是立春那天，阳光明媚，市中心的广场上成群的鸽子在上下翻飞，走在街上，看到雪水融化，裸露出的草坪已经泛绿，真得感觉哈法的春天已经来临。
这个城市是只适合养老的城市，在这里找工作难，税高，物价也不低。当然房价相对温哥华、多伦多、蒙特利尔这些一线城市是要低很多。我爱哈法，这里有良好的语言环境，你说，你移民到国外，住一个地方不说英语，那移民有啥劲，还不如呆在国内。来国外，就是要讲他们的语言，而哈法恰恰是一个人与人之间很喜欢交流的城市。遇到老外，只要你愿意聊，他们都会和你聊。
