九月回国，现在考虑准备材料给1岁女儿申请中国签证。看了ottawa签证中心的信息，但是有以下不太清楚。希望有经验的能帮忙解释一下。我和我太太都已经有了10年中国多次往返签证。

(5) A child of Chinese origin, born in Canada or other foreign country, applying for a Chinese visa is required to provide: 1. Birth certificate (long form which states parents' names. original and photocopy). 2. Both his or her parents' citizenship / immigration status. For example, passports (original and photocopy) and permanent residence cards / landing Papers (original and photocopy).
我们邮寄申请。孩子的出生证明原件，父母双方的护照原件都需要寄吗？
