氡气的问题是比空气重，所以容易富集在地下室，事实上氡气就是从地下渗透出来，但集在通风不良的地下室出不去，所以有可能有害。
通风良好的平层不会有问题，通风良好的地下室也可以考虑。

地下室的定义其实很模糊，楼主还是测一下吧，测最底层就好。氡气问题因房而异，相邻房子测出来结果差数量级的也有

不好意思，我以为是在温哥华。查了是Calgary，所以我不太了解了。
自住的话，如果没有地下室，没有问题。有的话，可以去做检测，如果超标，可以安装设备排放。其实尽量少在地下室活动就好，问题不大的。

看地段吧，多伦多DT新的condo，一房都70多万了。。。。
都好有钱啊。。。。
上次网上说是太多中国留学生买condo。。。。所以贵了。。。
其实我感觉是政府去年出台的政策，导致原来银码较小的condo一下被抢，供不应求。而且现在房贷很难批，导致大家都去追逐相对总价较低的condo，loan amount不用那么大。但是让价格哄抬上去了。本地的资金也很多的，都不是闲着的。
楼主有中介没有？你中介应该告诉你一些情况的，如果没有我可以给你透露一些。
有另外两套房和这个几乎一模一样的去年9、10月份卖了50万9和51万2。
