健康卡和驾照都在registry office办，各个区都有，你可以在下边这个网页里查找离你最近的那个，有的还可以提供中文服务，比如在中央街的和noth hill shopping center的那个，http://www.servicealberta.gov.ab.ca/find-a-registry-agent.cfm
