有关壁炉与石棉的问题

最近看了石棉的报道，正好最近做燃气壁炉检测，看到壁炉里有一排黄褐色棉絮一样的东西，火一开它们也好像被点燃。想问一下这排黄棉絮是石棉吗。房子是2002年建的房子

99年加拿大banned了所有石棉的生产使用进出口，应该不会还有人敢用吧？用也是insulation, 怎么会燃烧呢？

谢谢！查了一下网，有的说是1990年加拿大境内禁用，也有说1999年，还有说2016年，也不知道哪个是准确的

也问了修理师傅，他也不知道。主要不放心的是打开玻璃清理，触动了这些棉絮，害怕石棉在家中漂浮，所以才来问
