风水轮流转，最近几年魁省失业率在加拿大是比较低的吧。

“French-language institution” means a public French-language school or a private educational institution, subsidized or not, whose elementary- and secondary-level courses, with the exception of language courses, including English courses, are offered in French.
好像是根据在校学生持有英语证书的比例，以及授课的英语比例决定的。其中的Type B又分为 B1，B2，B3。每年每个学校、甚至中学和小学可能会有不同的分类。可以在网上查到每个学校、小学和中学的类型。比如，The Study的小学过去几年属于Type B3，它的中学属于Type A。按照魁省规定，即使从学前班一直上到小学6年级，仍然拿不到Certificate，也就是上不了本校的中学。这导致了它中学常年招不满人，每个班不到10个学生。两年前学校决定不再拿政府资助，从而也不再受Certificate的约束。

你说的不够准确。KUPER不拿补助也不是A，在B里也是最低的，基本要读完高中才能拿证书。

有些魁省同胞还是比较希望让娃上英语学校的，除了搬走之外，另一个选择就是让娃上几年英语学校拿到certificate
但是这其中的细节要比之前讨论的略微复杂一些
首先，娃在魁省上英语学校，要满足以下条件之一，之前提过了：
who have received the major part of their elementary or secondary school instruction in English in Canada;
whose brother or sister did the major part of his or her elementary or secondary studies in English in Canada;
whose father or mother did the major part of his or her elementary studies in English in Canada;
whose father or mother attended school in Québec after August 26, 1977, and could have been declared eligible for instruction in English at that time

首先，不同类型的学校，积分的速度是不一样的
比如A类英语学校，3年可以积满15分
B类学校，需要读7年才能积满15分
C类则永远无法积满15分

除此以外，积分会因为你或兄弟姐妹读了法语学校往下扣的
比如说家里老大读了3年A校，攒了15分
老二读了一年法语学校，要扣5分
如果一直这样，老大就会一直只有10分，而拿不到certificate

要上法语学校，先上欢迎班，语言上完去学校
不建议来，不仅耽误一两年学语言，而且对孩子也不好
