请教夫妻担保移民填表问题

问题1
我们一家十多年前移民来加，我爱人是主申请人，但是没有保留住身份。现在我想担保爱人申请配偶团聚移民，Checklist上的这个问题应该选择YES 还是NO
the person I am sponsoring was declared as my spouse and was already examined as a non-accompanying dependent when i applied for a permanent resident visa,and did not received an immigrant visa.
问题2
我一直在加拿大有工作，但是由于疫情的原因，我现在没有工作了，领取EI，有近几年的报税表。
Employment/Source of Income 如何选择？
一是 if you are working in Canada
二是if you not working in Canada

都是 yes.
夫妻团聚不需要理由，也不需要任何条件，理论上，坐牢的都可以从祖国办一个老婆过来，是人就需要夫妻生活不是？人道主义移民。夫妻团聚需要证明的就是夫妻的真实性。生活来源来自于国内就如实填写，正好证明夫妻关系的真实性。
