疫苗卡只是省级的，不是联邦的。如果楼主还有出入境需求（比如，往返美加），建议隔离结束后，打两针加拿大承认的疫苗，但注意只能跟护士说自己没有打过任何covid疫苗。

COVID-19 border measures have ended as of October 1, 2022 for all travellers entering or returning to Canada by air, land or sea.

Exemptions for fully vaccinated travellers​

If you qualify as a fully vaccinated traveller you are:

Required to show a pre-entry molecular test
Required to use ArriveCAN
Required to take an arrival test if selected
Exempt from quarantine
Exempt from Day-8 testing

Accepted vaccines​

• Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty, tozinameran, BNT162b2)
• Moderna (Spikevax, mRNA-1273)
• AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria, COVISHIELD, ChAdOx1-S, AZD1222)
• Janssen/Johnson & Johnson (Ad26.COV2.S)

Starting November 30 2021, 03:01 AM EST, the following COVID-19 vaccines authorized by the World Health Organization (WHO) will be accepted by the Government of Canada for travel:

• Bharat Biotech (Covaxin, BBV152 A, B, C) Starting November 30
• Sinopharm (Beijing) BBIBP-CorV (Vero Cells) Starting November 30
• Sinovac (CoronaVac, PiCoVacc) Starting November 30

To qualify as a fully vaccinated traveller, you must have received at least 2 doses of an accepted vaccine or a mix of 2 accepted vaccines, or at least 1 dose of the Janssen/Johnson & Johnson vaccine, at least 14 full days prior to the day you travel.
