推荐一本心理书

买了一本，草草读了一下。没有惊艳的感觉。

书中很多内容，基本是常识。对青年人也许有用一些。还是感谢推荐。

Edit: I feel it is rude for me to comment a book like this with great value. Apologize for my hasty comments to OP. For many, especial for teenagers, it is still a great book.

With more reflection, if I can follow some the suggestions from this book, or know some of the options that I can chose for life. My life will be much easier.

I personally think "let it be" is more closer to the original philosophy meaning covered by the expression of “付万物于万物，就一身了一身”.

“Let it be” means to leave it alone and let it continue. It also could be interpreted as "let the universe run its own cause". It almost covers the meaning of "“付万物于万物" perfectly.

The translation of "Let people clean up their own mess, because you have to clean up yours." may covers human behavior aspect of the original expression but it extremely narrows the scope of the original meaning of “付万物于万物，就一身了一身”.
