俺现在关注汉语中“逼”的用法。俺发现越来越多的大腕在公开场合用这个词儿。大腕们一用，偶们小老百姓当然也可以用鸟。逼最常见用于牛逼。蛋既然逼在牛逼里能用，其它的诸如傻逼，懵逼，扣逼，等等也莫道理不可以用。俺预测逼的这种广泛的应用应该使逼的意思逐渐和屄脱离。

"The report is canceled." means the report is no longer exist. But when said"The report is still pending" means the report is still in the place that the report is ready to deliver but for some reason not yet.

应该都可以吧。

好像 ”The report is removed“最通俗，
但是我会用 ”The report is withdrawn“，
lifted，revoked 可能不如 removed 和 withdrawn 那么常用。

Yes, you could. But I wouldn't use "remove" or "revoke" on "report". "Remove the report" means someone put the report on your desk, and you don't want it on the desk, so you ask someone to take the report away.
"Revoke" means you reported Oldbei wrong doing, but later you fond you're wrong, so you wanted to correct it. I'm not sure "revoke the report" is correct or not , but for me it looks a little bit weird.

那人说：用 Withdrawn， canceled 最好，removed 不算错，
lifted, revoked 不那么常用。
