是的。但依我知识认为 3.15 以后失业后28天内是可以申请EI， EI有52周的有效期，可以理解为先将紧急补助金转为相当于公司的补偿金，如果到时紧急补助金领完，又找不到工作，可以继续EI。

•15岁以上的加拿大居民，并且在2019年或提出申请的前一天的12个月内，其总收入至少为5,000元，来自：

谁有资格获得CERB？
