阿呆:我今天仔细听了好几遍老师的录音,他对CODE 第26章26-722这一节中的(f)branch circuits that supply receptacles installed in sleeping facilities of a dwelling unit shall be protected by an arc-fqult circuit interrupter 是这样解释的:卧室里的所有插座都要有AFCI电弧漏电保护开关来控制。老师特意强调了这个AFCI的漏电保护功能,我理解是当电弧发生的时候就认为在漏电,所以这个AFCI既可以当电弧保护也可以当漏电保护来用!不知道还有没有其他的理解?

AFCIs resemble a GFCI/RCD (Ground-Fault Circuit Interrupt/Residual-Current Device) in that they both have a test button although it is important to distinguish between the two. GFCIs and RCDs are designed to protect against electrical shock while AFCIs are primarily designed to protect against arcing and fire.
这个图是在西人网站上看到的,今天上午出题的人写了:This issue is with the tandem breaker. The tandem breaker is a single pole device, both breakers are being supplied from the same 120V feeder. The shared neutral (grounded conductor) is carrying the combined load of both circuits, which in a worst case scenario can place over 30A load on a 14AWG conductor and it has no overcurrent protection.
