2) admission deadline: Dec. 5, 2014

A complete application includes the online form, all supporting documentation and application fee.

Step 1 - Complete an Online Application Form

Step 2 - Mail or Drop Off Your Supporting Documentation and Application Fee

Applicants must submit the following:

• Final Report Card from previous two years
• Teacher Evaluation Form
• Documentation of Parent Legal Residency Status, Work Permits or Student Permits
• Photocopy of Birth Certificate
• Recent Photo

Step 3 - Submit the Application Fee

• $300 for domestic applicants
• $400 for foreign applicants

Step 4 - Family Interview

• Once a complete application has been received, families of applicants to intake grades will be contacted for an interview. For all other grades, interviews will be granted if and when a space becomes available.

Step 5 – Entrance Assessment/Testing
All candidates must complete age appropriate assessment as follows:

Kindergarten & Grade 1 - Observation and Assessment. Dates to be determined.

Grades 2 & 3 - Observation and assessment. Dates to be determined.

Grades 4 & 5 - Canadian Cognitive Abilities Test (CCAT). Dates to be determined.
Grades 6 - 12 - Secondary School Admission Test (SSAT). We are offering a flex
test at Southridge on Saturday, November 22 2014. Register for
this test or find alternate dates and locations at http://www.ssat.org/test/bc.
The test must be written on or by Saturday, January 10, 2015 in
order to be considered in the first round of decisions. Please
ensure that we receive your test results promptly by entering
our school code 7431 in the "Score Recipient" field. Download
the online Regional SSAT Testing Program for Western Canada here.

Decisions:

Only applications that are complete and received by December 5, 2014 will be considered in the first round. All decisions are given in writing and sent via Canada Post, without exception as follows:

• Grades K-7 decisions will be mailed on or before March 13, 2015
• Grades 8-12 decisions will be mailed on or before February 27, 2015
