2014年10月份补料的,请问有人担保通过了吗?

我十月二十五号寄出补料,二月二号收到确认信,五、六月的时候打过电话说要六个月后才给查, 上周打电话, agent说还没看到有更新,但会帮我发邮件提醒,这周一我给渥太华发邮件,昨晚收到回信,说还在排队等候处理中,我都已经绝望了。。。

看到大家的帖子非常高兴,因国内最近一直不能上家园网站,所以多日没进来了和大家交流。今天终于能登陆该网站。我今天还是不能查进度。
 
查不了说明他们在动你们的case,否则他们正审理呢,你们在网上把联系地址改了,他们就乱了。为了不让你们这个时候改地址,他们就锁住了,不让你们查不让你们access to make any change.
 
查不了是怎么显示的?是你输完要求填的信息后不能进入那页显示住址和sponsor application的页面吗?那显示什么?
查不了进去的页面是:

是的。记得以前call center 有个自动查询,但实际今天好像没听到那个选项
