公民证的号码就是以前枫叶卡号码。Client ID只是借用枫叶卡号码，与入籍与否没有直接联系。

我是今年被要求补料的。上去查信息，也加了一行附属家属的信息，但奇怪的是我担保的主申请人是我爸爸，妈妈是家属，我还有个妹妹，但是已成年，在表格里有她的信息，但我没有把她列为此次团聚移民的随行家属，怎么现在网上显示的随行家属是我的妈妈还有妹妹呢？

我这里也是把我姐姐列出来了. 不知是什么意思?
