15年9月25日 悉尼签收 至今online service上面无法查询状态，总是提示We were not able to identify you using the information you provided.

CIC 要我去亲自去取而且要带 immigrant VISA , IMM1000 OR IMM5292 , 请问有知道这到底是什么吗？
