以为你说的这种情况我老婆看到过，也听她讲起过。今天又问了她如果是拿了2件物品2张优惠券同时间分2次付款会怎么样。
她的回答是要看实际经办人员，有人通融有人顶真，优惠券的解释权在商家，每家店的人员素质不同。
所以一开始我就跟你解释保守做法，避免误解。

Their Response: Thank you for contacting the “R” Us Team regarding this matter. At this time we do accept manufacturer’s coupons as well as coupons from any of the stores in the “R” Us Family. We do not allow the use of dual coupons or mixing a coupon with a promotion or sale on an item. Multiple coupons may be divided up for separate transactions to ensure they are used properly. While it is not policy to accept competitor coupons, some stores may elect to do so at Managerial discretion. Please inquire further at your local store for more details.

Only one coupon per transaction

I thought a purchase was a transaction? This wording can be confusing. Many people think a transaction and a purchase are the same thing. As explained above a purchase refers to a single item and a transaction means an entire purchase. If a coupon shows this it means that you may only use one of them in a single transaction.

If you have multiples of a coupon with this wording you can make multiple transactions to use them. For example, if you have 3 coupons for dish soap that say this and you wish to use them on the same day each of these items and coupons must appear on individual cash register receipts.

如果商家说消费一百减10元，200百元减15。那么顾客买101块的商品，结一回帐，再买101块的东西结一回帐，会不会被说成薅羊毛？
如果消费一百减10块，消费2百减25，顾客一定会想办法凑到2百元以上的吧，会不会也是薅羊毛？必须把2百块的消费分成两个一百块？
其实都不是啦。商家或者顾客不够精明，负代价是正常的。不要道德绑架。

99楼给的那个定义，没有出处，来源不明，有且只有那一篇是把整个purchase trip定义成一个transaction，请问哪个店可以做到这么骚的操作？派人在停车场盯着么？我倒是好奇有哪个商家会把purchase trip当成一次transaction的

其余所有的理财网站，公布coupon policy的商家，都是把收银一次当做一次交易, 比如safeway，把transaction解释成purchase transaction ，这是符合常识也可以操作的。

一次transaction 应该是结一回帐，因为多数情况下顾客在没有优惠的情况下，一次结帐就不用多次排队。而有特定的优惠或打折的情况下，顾客为了获得折扣或优惠，在满足商家的规定下，就不会在意多排队了。仍然和某些道德扯不上。
不排除某些人对某些人群的不友好或偏见，这种事不是太少，只是有时候事不大，犯不着较劲。

所以只适合idiot用。另外，为了击倒你们最后一根支柱，transaction这个词是我自己用的，基于我的理解的，coupon上并没有用，只说了regular price和不能联合使用。

个人感觉，楼主的做法最好用第二张的时候去其他收银台。
如同超市里经常有促销特价商品，限定每人只能买4件，如果你要买8件拿去同一收银台说分两次付款的话，同样会受到白眼，因为这种做法没有了限制数量的意义。

换人一说在哪里?

If you wish to use multiple coupons with this wording, you can always make several transactions, or come back on another day. (But the frugal in me would say to do multiple transactions the same day so you’re not using extra gas!)

楼主的错误是一个人排队却做了两次transaction，相当于插队一次，不道德。应该排一次队做一次transaction，用一张coupon，然后再排队才行。这样就没人骂了.
