“All plans and specifications for architectural work for the construction, enlargement, reconstruction, renovation or alteration of a building must be signed and sealed by a member of the Order.”

译文：“建筑工程的新建、扩建、改建、翻新或变更的所有计划和规范必须由建筑师职业公会成员签字并盖章。”

比如，如果您家里的装修方案没有获得建筑师的签字并盖章，就贸然开工。严查下来，您必须支付350至4000加元的罚款。
尽管这种现象在华人社区相当普遍，但实际上是违法行为。

情况大体就是这样，我们当年来魁省的建筑师，凡是打算评估的基本全部评估了安省的建筑师。

少数魁省评估通过的也转了安省执照。

留下来的一般都是做创意，制图，编程或者其他。

很多内部翻新连政府的permit都没申请，政府要查有没有建筑师签字都是后话，permit这关就过不了。
