求助！一年合同，室友提前解约

请教大家，今年9月和一个女生一起和房东签了一年的租房合同（我们是一起签的，我不是二房东）。她现在刚过了不到三个月就要解约搬走，而且没有找到新的人转租进来，请问按照安省新的租房合同是不是这种固定租期是没有办法解约的？

具体要看合同是怎么写的，但我猜你们俩是co-sign，这样的话你室友跑了你要付所有的房租的。
