That guidance was issued two days before Election Day.

我最近看了一个节目，一个台湾某大学讲师讲述美国这个竞选纠纷，我觉得他思维挺清楚的。
1. 选民投票都是独立的。所以个别的问题是不能推到有总体的问题。而且个别的问题是任何一次选举中应该都有。
2. 如果对事物在没有证据前都做 “有罪假定”，那可以有罪假定的事情太多了。当然川普有起诉的权力，但是没有证据只是“有罪假定”是赢不了的。
3. 有的人天性谨慎，对任何事物都包有怀疑态度，那是另外一码事。川普及支持者显然不属于这类人，他们只对对自己不利的事情做怀疑。

也不一定吧。也有人对不符合逻辑的问题存疑。其实如果能查一查挺好。只要有人参与就有作弊的可能，只要有软件工作，软件漏洞就有可能带来问题。我们单位新买的大软件使用后不停出问题，不停地补漏洞。联邦政府发工资软件是IBM做的，问题大了去，老是出问题都发不了工资。现在在考虑换新的，浪费了纳税人好多钱。
个别问题确实没办法，系统性的问题最好早发现早纠正。
