医生的NOC如何填写？是否为3123？可我进去看了详细的内容,好象又不像,3123括号后面的具体该如何翻译?不是很明了.医学卫校老师的NOC该怎么填?医药销售代表的NOC呢?谢谢!

您好，请您百忙中批复我的几个问题，给您添麻烦了，谢谢先！
1 我是在读硕士。明年毕业，可以取得硕士学位。
由于申请表中要求是completed education ，现在能否以硕士申请，移民官会是什么态度？如果今年以硕士申请建立档案号后，明年7月才能取得硕士学位然后提供支持材料，移民官会不会以欺骗而拒签？
2 本人专、本科都是自考毕业，有学士学位，（1996－1999 专科/1999-2002 本科毕业、 2003年获得学位『学位上注明学制四年』，但是毕业证上没有注明学制，成绩单上也没有学时）这种情况下，教育背景项下如何加分，Formal education 项下该如何计算学年数？假如移民部门需要相关证明，如何开取？
3 本人有过四年的外销员工作经验（国际贸易），在NOC上好像没有对应的职位，请问该如何定位？
4 另外如果DIY，香港和北京哪里快些？ 我想去北京大使馆咨询您说对方会接待吗？官方网站上好像没有这项对外活动，打电话直接咨询可以吗？

现在国内有个项目是住家保姆说去加拿大工作两年就可以申请移民，请问有这样的政策吗？中介公司还要收10万费用，说去了每月工资1000元加币，能说说哪的工资水平吗？谢谢！

我是大学热能工程本科毕业，后考政府公务员，现以做了五年警察。

前段时间刚好有看到NOC里有这一项，便跃跃欲试。

我现在想请教楼主的是：这个是否可行？

1、国内的c1驾照(小客)在加国管用吗?
2、我已经拿到了加国劳工署批准的job offer，所有材料均已准备齐全，就要去办理工作签证了，我应该自己办理还是再花钱找中介代为办理，有这个必要吗？中介能为我的顺利签证起到很多作用吗？

我有朋友在专门做这个项目，据我所知在加拿大直接在做的很少，大多是中间人，一般价格是6000加币，按移民局的说法工作两年后可以作为申请移民的条件。

警察在加拿大是很需要人的职业，通常需要通过专门培训然后通过警察资格考试，然后再有几个月的有薪培训，然后正式上岗。如果通过这个职业申请移民，机会几乎是零

国内的驾驶执照在加拿大还是要重新考，
如果你的材料全部准备好，中介的作用就是提醒你万一要见移民官需要注意的事项，

楼主,您好!有2个我觉得复杂的问题想请教一下:
1.我去年9月拿了FN,现正在等待中,现在有了BB,请问我该补哪些材料?有哪些手续要办理?应该会阻慢进度吧?
2.我有一个朋友也是去年取的FN,在等待中,他和妻子感情发生问题,计划离婚.如果这样有何影响?如果他再婚可否补料就行而不影响他的申请?
这个问题挺棘手的,呵呵.

状态有变化要通知移民局，补交移民局要求的文件，进度不会影响太大。相对你几年的等待时间，这些时间可以忽略了
