Please be advised that the Case Processing Centre, Mississauga is the office who will determine which visa office to process your application.
Please be advised that if you have lived in Singapore for more that 6 months we ask that you indicate it clearly on the application form. If during the application process the visa office requires you to submit a Singapore police certificate they will notify you accordingly and issue at letter for the purpose of obtaining the certificate, please make a clear copy of the passport to keep in your possession before you submit the application to the visa office. A copy of the passport is required for Singapore police certificate.
If your application will be processed at a visa office other than Singapore visa office, please send a letter explaining that your medical results were sent to Singapore office.
Visa offices will use the mailing address indicated on the application for permanent residence in Canada to correspond with you by mail. Please indicate the mailing address you would like to use on your application for permanent residence in Canada.
估计耽误时间都是在 Singapore police certificate , 另外,如果从BJ到新加坡也用平信,那么就很恐怖了.
