问了关于补料后久未变态的事情, 使馆回信了, 如下:

Our office will not provide confirmation of documents/faxes.

If you have submitted the requested documents but your case status has not changed this is normal. This does not mean that your documents are lost.

If you have sent us an EMS or other registered mail and would like confirmation that it has arrived you must contact your postal service. Our office is unable to provide confirmation for each document delivered.

If you are sending a fax please make sure you have your confirmation option "ON" as our office cannot provide confirmation of faxes received.

基本搞清楚了：念ESL（ENGLISH AS A SECOND LANGUAGE）课程可以领津贴CAD1300/月，仅限于蒙城、爱城，温哥华、多伦多不行！
但是在温哥华可以去念一个一年的COLLEGE，联邦政府和BC省政府均提供无息贷款和津贴（助学金），条件是：你家的银行存款低于2000CAD，你家的车子价值在5000CAD以下，没有全职工作。而且课程很轻松（能学到多少东西就不得而知了），有时仅上半天课，可以打点不很累的零工。
—— 当然这只是过渡期的权宜之计哦，一定不能长期这样下去吆！偶迪目标是要开店迪！

好像哪个项目有陷阱，政府要补助给过办学机构上万刀，但学不符实，而且还有被追债的可能。在家园的某个帖子里看到过
那两个省的ESL补助是实打实的

好像在BC省读ESL也是可以有贷款和助学金的。

卡尔加里读LINC和ESL是作为省福利
BC推的是读College学费补助，很多不道德的所谓野鸡大学学费特低，举个例子，政府假如给办学方10000，给申请人10000，办学方为了争取你，只收学费3000，你可以捞7000。政府有学时要求的，而这些所谓的办学机构基本没什么限制，想来就来，很多人就是报个名，接着打工，黑政府的差价。
好像这样政府如果查到，申请人要还会政府20000

读正规大学，应该都是可以获得免低息贷款的，贷款维持家用、学费应该没问题的

是这样的：野鸡大学（学院）坚决不去，去就去正规大学（学院），也可以真正学点东西！
