Job Description:
Performs complex analysis to determine variances between computer records and makes corrections. This is part of the data conversion activities required to support the implementation of the SAP Asset Accounting (AA) & Project System (PS). This person will process a variety of transactions; prepare and maintain a variety of files and records. Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with a variety of internal and external contacts and provides routine information and assistance as required. This role will support the conversion project team lead by producing accurate, reliable and high quality deliverables within the timelines of the overall SAP project. This role requires excellent organization skills, initiative, and attention to detail. The ability to work well under pressure, both independently and as a team player is also needed. Performs related work as required.
Job Requirements:
Completion of Grade 12 supplemented by bookkeeping and basic accounting courses, intermediate Excel skills and 1+ years of sound related experience; OR an equivalent combination of training and experience. Experience in using SAP (FM/FI/CO/AA/PS) is considered an asset.
