看来您也是这个业务圈子的人士，是那个 Mr. John Cross 的公司， 2007年被Novozymes A/S 并购了。

Philom Bios, now Novozymes, develops, manufactures, and markets inoculants which enhance fertility efficiency of crops. Philom Bios has been the recipient of several awards, such as one of the "50 Best Managed Companies" in Canada in 2005 and 2006. John has also received numerous awards, including Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year, Prairie Region, in Science and Technology in 1995, and in the Health Science category in 2004. A former Chair of the Saskatchewan Research Council, he serves as a Board member of the Royal University Hospital Foundation, the POS Pilot Plant Corporation Inc., and is the Board Chair of the Saskatoon & Regional Economic Development Authority.
