那现在怎么办呢?在家不能上网了?

把家里所有的机器都从网上物理断开。
找台干净的笔记本,直接连ROGER的cable box。就是不能上网,也在家里不断的连ROGERS。过上一天再打电话去,让他们再测有没有病毒行不?
这样的话,一没有无线网络,二没有其他机器。如果这样还有病毒,那是ROGER自己的BOX有问题了。

I can not use Intermet at my home right now to contact with your representstives for solving my problem!

We called your Tier II representstive again, but he told us they can not solved this problem!

I do not believe that nobody in your Security Department can re-activate my internet service before April 19th. No system could be like that.

I am using Rogers internet, homephone, 2 cell phones ( one is Fido) and TV cable. This time I feel sad. Now I cancaled TV cable, and I will cancel all Rogers' services one by one. I know I am a small fish, like one of your technicians in Security Department said, the big company Rogers does not care one customer. So I think Rogers does not care monthly $200--$250 from us, why Rogers has to give us $200 fine when we want to terminate Internet service, and give us an excuse that we terminate Internet service contractor ourselves?

I will discuss Rogers services with my friends. I believe that A Big Company Can Go Down, A Small Company Can Go Up!

我的意思是说你把干净的笔记本电脑连在它的CABLE上。
你不能连上INTERNET是因为你没有办法走通ROGER的ISP服务,但你和它的连接还是在的。它还是可以检测你连上来的时候是不是有异常。
你向它要求一下看,声明自己清理干净了,要求再次检测。
如果它连这样的检测都不肯做,它的SERVICE也真的说不过去。
如果它做了检测还是有问题,那问题只能是在它的CABLE BOX上了。
我不知道这样行不行,可是看起来,现在也没有别的办法。
你不用它,它还是CHARGE你钱。你要停掉它,还是得付钱。

They said we can't do anything until April 20th. This time they suspend my internet one month!
