Hi, where did you get the info? I sent CGA office an email asking about the same issue and here's what I got from them.
"Should you require additional experience, please enrol as a non-active student for the 2011-2012 academic year. You will only pay half the basic tuition and the year will then not count towards your time limit. "

i don't know if your question is same as mine. If your courses are not finished, you definitely can enroll as non-active to get additional experience, but if you have finished everything and need to get your evaluation done next year, you have to pay $710. You can find it from CGA BC website.
