查自己的Client Application Status是否属于被切范围不难判断，不排除vo乌龙，不属于被切范围肯定可以申诉回来。不建议强行登陆。

可以提供一些辅助信息，加移民部应该有内部联网的，我是11月5日短登的。现已回国。刚刚我查询了一下移民部网上进度查询，显示我在11月5日在多伦多机场登陆并办理手续，成为永久居民的信息

奇怪，我10月22日登陆多伦多，网上至今显示IP,点击进去之后最后一句话也还是A DECISION HAS BEEN MADE...并没有显示我已经登陆并办理手续啊，然道我没办成枫叶卡？

我是旧政2006,9月前技术移民递表,历经六年甘苦,2012,8月底大信封到,机票已买准备12月短登,昨日接到香港电邮,说是根据新办法要求将移民纸及护照推回撤消,退登陆费,求解各位好心人.

确实很麻烦!我一个朋友也是2006年申请的,2009年电邮通知去使馆Interview,他没收到这个电邮,然后悲剧了!!被直接拒签.奇怪的是他检查了他的邮箱,确实没有这个邮件.请了律师,也没用.

如果不在乎那点机票钱,可以当作没收到这个电邮(这也是经常发生的事情),直接登陆. 在入境时就当没收到这个邮件来和移民官交涉. 最大的损失不过就是3张机票钱而已

从上面的情况看应该是香港搞错了。
三月二十日前ME，selection decision 肯定更早。不在被切之列。估计是由于孩子的体检结果在4月才收到，导致香港搞错了时间。
说清楚应该就没问题了。保险起见最好查一下CAIPS。

In conducting a factual review of affected applications, we have noted that the selection decision on your file was made after March 28, 2012. Regretfully, your application was affected by the Jobs, Growth and Long-term Prosperity Act and was terminated by operation of law on June 29. As such, the immigrant visa(s) which were inadvertently issued to you and your family are not valid.
NOTE: You and your family are not authorized to travel to Canada for the purposes of becoming a permanent resident.
You are requested to return all passport(s) and all Confirmation of Permanent Residence Document(s) so that the documentation may be voided.
All fees, including processing and the Right of Permanent Residence fees, paid towards your application will be returned to you. 绝对不要和使馆沟通，它们已经信用尽失了。而且这是官僚体系，没有一个人会关心你说了什么的。

移民部长康尼现在摆明耍流氓，你和流氓怎么讲道理。

你现在应该直接登陆就是了。1。绝大可能不会有问题 2。你人到了这里，而所有的错都是加拿大政府造成的，这边的主流舆论全会站在你这一边 3。如果你退回签证，没有人再会回应你一句。

如果到时万一真的出了问题，再找这边的媒体和律师。

它发Email算什么？这种事情发Email，没有签收根本不算数的。

如果楼主递交的材料没有问题的话，我建议尽快联系律师。
授权律师和大使馆联系比较好，且我认为胜算较大。

加拿大移民局太奇特啦，如果selection decision on your file was made after March 28, 2012,，很多91的都要被切？
我自己也是3月29日后体检的。
我已登录过了，网上状态也显示：You entered Canada at the Lester B Pearson International Airport, Terminal No. 1 office on October 8, 2012 and became a Permanent Resident

那岂不也要收回，这也太扯淡啦。
