My explanation: The fact is that so far I haven’t received any letter or any form on what you mentioned above from you. On the contrary, I have checked the status from your website and I am keeping on waiting the letter as you mentioned but even till today nothing from you except this reject letter.
My explanation traceable evidence can be shown through two EMS I have sent to you concerning we have not received the letter about my evidence and documents

EMS No: EXXX3808338CN on July 11, 2008 which your section received at 10:30am on July 20, 2008
I have checked and confirmed with evidence that your section has received the two EMS already.
