I have no Chinses input so I will try to make myself clear in English....

As the title, my friend major is Psycholgical or social psych, but she has little english, finally she wants immegrate, but dut to new policy she d like to get study permitte first...

这个论坛是移民论坛，您朋友应该找留学公司才对啊。另外，如果楼主的朋友不符合联邦技术的38个职业，那么可以考虑试试魁北克技术，看看是否够分数。
