我是2008年8月7日收到的Fn,不在38项里，到现在没有任何消息，我是DIY投的北京。在网上也查不到进度了，真是急死人了。我现在已经移民美国了，不知如何是好，请好心人给指点指点。

08年9月申请，非38，今年5月收到信说被拒，将会退款！现在还没有收到！

上周发信给香港，香港回信说6月22日悉尼就把退款支票寄出来了！上次从悉尼过来的拒绝的信只要1个月，现在快3个月了还没有收到，怎么办？！

我是去年11月份的FN，不在38紧缺内，前几天发邮件和传真申请退款，给我回复我的申请已经全部转到悉尼，也没告诉我具体如何联系，我茫然了，怎么办呢，死等着吗？

This office has not retained any information on your file. As a result, we are unable to respond to any case enquiries. All updates or enquiries on your application should be directed to the office in Sydney, Nova Scotia (address below). Please be advised that if you wish to withdraw your application, the CIO Sydney office will require a signed written request from you clearly indicating your request. 看来只能死等了,我也收到同样的信.NND,悉尼连个电话和EMAIL都不敢留,只有平信地址!真是做了亏心事心虚,做起缩头乌龟了!

收到一封信， 上面说pay to me $1250.00. 还有drawn on Bank of America NA HK branch. 没有任何说明， 怎么办。

我是08年11月扣款， 非38项. 信用卡付款。
