Translation of documents
Any document that is not in English or French must be accompanied by:
the English or French translation; and
an affidavit from the person who completed the translation; and
a certified copy of the document.
Note: An affidavit is a document on which the translator has sworn, in the presence of a commissioner authorized to administer oaths in the country in which the translator is living, that the contents of their translation are a true translation and representation of the contents of the original document.
Translations by family members are not acceptable.
Certified copies or notarized documents
To have a photocopy of a document certified, an authorized person must compare the original document to the photocopy and must print the following on the photocopy:
I certify that this is a true copy of the original document
the name of the original document
the date of the certification
his or her name
his or her official position or title
his or her signature

只说需要翻译，而未说需要专家翻译。而且好像很多前辈都是自己翻译的，也成功获签了。
我怎么没找到这句话出自哪里。我找到的是3. Translation

问美玉一个问题：信用卡解付一般是什么时候？我的申请表12月28号交快递，12月31号送到（在FedEx网站上查到的状态），但是我现在还没有收到任何信息。我是用信用卡支付的，一般什么时候打电话到银行要求解付比较好呢？因为银行告诉我说为了安全，付款成功后要马上关闭网上支付功能。我看你的状态是6月份妥投，8月份才解付？没有看懂，盼回复哦：）

我买的牌子叫爱雷博，ilable，韩国货，原先淘宝在卖的那家店，现在不肯零售了，只做批发，你要么再找找。
