感谢LZ,看来加盟公司是风险很大的行为，既然如此，楼主为何不自己花钱登个广告自己找活？
除了广告花费以外，没有更大的问题。

感谢lz分享。
正规的清洁公司，对于每一个account, 都有清洁内容的要求（每天/每周/每月一次需要清洁的项目）。准备买上家加盟合同的同学，要查看：
1。清洁日志，每个account都会有这本清洁日志， 上面有sign in/sign out的日期/时间，从这里可以大致推算出这个account清洁所花费的功夫。
2。工作内容说明。一般和清洁日志放在一个册子里。

据个例子，下面是偶们当时请人打理一个小实验室的工作程序要求（里面的内容就来自这个account的工作内容说明）：

MDS LAB DAILY CLEANING WORK:

l Sign in;
l Check logbook for special instructions or messages;
l Empty all trash cans excluding contaminated yellow bagged containers;
l Clean and disinfect washrooms;
l Clean mirrors in washrooms;
l Damp mop all floors including washrooms, lunchroom & lab areas;
l Clean sinks and polish fixtures in lab area & lunchrooms. *Do not wash counters in lab areas;
l Vacuum carpets including area carpets;
l Clean smudges & fingerprints from doors, walls, windows, etc. as required;
l Spot clean carpets as required;
l Clean glass doors-inside and outside for lab entrance;
l Dust/clean furniture, shelves, cabinets & ledges.
l Take out garbage;
l Sign out

这样，加上培训，基本上能推算出工作量的大小和时间，决定是否合适购买。
当然，捣江湖的清洁公司可能没有这些文件。
