I do not think Co Q-10 is not good for the people with systolic hyerpertersion. On the contrary, it helps decrease the systolic hyertension. Also Q-10 may help repair the damaged heart cells, so help restore the heart functions. That is what I know about Q10. Hope it would be of help for you.

注意，高血压不能吃！我带了一瓶回去给我妈妈，她吃了两 次，两次都很难受，现在想送人，也没人可送，你太远了，否则给你！

我买的是JAMIESON的，它家分30MG/60MG/120MG的。楼主最好看一下说明，是不是适合自己的爸爸吃。我妈妈心肌缺血，吃了几个月了，效果不错。

这个 30MG/60MG/120MG 搞得我很糊涂, 是不是含量越高就越好啊?

另外谁知道现在哪里有打折的? Superstore看了, 一分也不折.

我认为这还是取决于个人的需求，我曾给我老爸买过60mg的，但他觉得效果没那么好，后改为100mg他就感到走路爬楼梯都轻松许多。

去年我曾在沃尔马特价买一送一时买过100mg45粒装的，非常化算。我老爸就认准这个，给他买了半年的量寄回去。

If it is convenient for you to cross the border, I strongly suggest you to buy Co-enzyme Q-10 from US supplement retail stores, they are carrying the similar produts with much more reasonable price. Or, try Costco in-store or online, they are having Co-enzyme Q-10 by 100mg/150mg, respectively. And the price is cheaper than regular price in Walmart, London drugs or shoppers drug mart.
Basically, 100mg/day is enough for senior people if they just want to have the routine heart health maitainess, but 150mg/day is recommended if they have had heart attack symptoms.

I just quickly go through Costco website but couldn't see the brand JAMIESON COQ10, there is another brand named webber naturals coming with 200mg.

I might find the wrong page. If you could provide the link of related page, it would be awesome.

Good luck. Also, sometimes, the price in stores is cheaper than that online, I guess Costco may have had the handling and shipping fee included in the price .

CoQ10 = Coenzyme Q10 = 辅酶 Q10
是人体会自己制造的一种辅酶，用于人体正常运作。
一些慢性病患者会有较低的CoQ10 (包括心血管疾病，巴金森氏症，癌症，糖尿病，爱滋病等), 但是现在所有的临床证据并无法证明食用CoQ10可以有效的帮助上述疾病。仅有些证据它可以少许降低血压。 目前销售商所举出的其他证据皆还有争议性。 还需要更多的临床证据来证明它的药效。
现在CoQ10常被标榜于降低血压，保护心脏，减轻巴金森氏症，预防偏头痛，帮助牙龈等。
