香港案：清华认证和雅思成绩要随申请一起交吗？

我递香港，又被发回，说费用要执行2005港币新标准，并且要清华认证和雅思成绩，这些都要随申请一起交吗？另外，我有大本毕业证书，但没有学位证书，是否影响认证和移民分，大本毕业证书也得做清华认证吗？

北京不需要一起交，可以日后再补。
不过据说一起交处理起来会快些，不知道是真是假，哈哈。

Hi Ping,我跟你的情况基本一样，昨天收到的资料。要真是钱的问题，HK挺缺德的。我没雅丝成绩，他们发了个Annex to Item#6 of Schedul 3, 说可自己证明语言水平，我不知咋办好。

i think maybe you can prove that you have stayed in english-speaking countries for many years and get university degrees at somewhere english is the language used in teaching. etc.
