给讲英语的外国友人的圣诞卡上该写什么？

感恩节一过，圣诞节就不远了。一些国内的朋友向我打听给讲英语的外国朋友的圣诞卡上该写什么。其实节日赠卡是因人而异的。在西方文化中，赠卡是亲情，友情和爱情的一种表示。什么时节送什么卡，卡上写什么都很有讲究。有人会问，既然卡上本来已经印好了该说的话，干吗还要写字？这不是多此一举吗？其实不是。西方人圣诞节送卡很讲究个性化，即针对收卡人的具体情况决定在卡上写什么内容。最忌讳光送张卡，上面除了例行公事地写上收卡人和送卡人的名字别的什么也不写。这会使收卡人认为送卡人实际上并不太在乎收卡人，送卡只不过是走过场，随大流，应付一下而已。以这种方式送其实有时候还不如不送。

美国人送卡总要在卡上用手写上几句话。就像平时给收卡人写信一样，使对方觉得送卡人是一直挂念着收卡人的，送这张卡不是例行公事，而是真诚的问候。有的人在卡上写上一两句怀念和对方一起做过的某件事，或一起度过的某个圣诞节。雇员写上两句表示感谢老板的知遇之恩，栽培提携或关照的话。银行、公司或商家写上两句感谢客户关照支持自己生意的话。有家庭的则在卡上向对方通报一下自己和家人最近有什么重要的活动和变化。情人之间就更不用说了。男士们在卡上捎上几句卿卿我我的甜蜜的悄悄话比单纯打电话送束花，并在花中夹张卡要更能赢得女朋友的芳心。
