不满18岁女儿能单独随时入籍吗

我已参加完入籍考试，只等宣誓了。女儿未一起申请入籍，只是换了新卡，2015年10月到期。我成为公民后，女儿在18岁以前是否随时都可以自己单独申请入籍？还是必须随一位父母才能入籍？另一问题：入籍成为公民，回国生的小孩可以直接成为加拿大公民吗？听说新法对于第一代移民回国生的小孩不能做为加拿大公民，有谁经历过，讨教讨教。

孩子不能单独入籍，必须随父母。

你是公民后，在国内生的孩子可以直接申请公民，但是你这个孩子如果将来再在国内生了他/她的孩子，即你的孙子辈的，就不能直接申请公民了。

谁说孩子不能单独入籍?只要父母中的任何一人是加籍,孩子是永久居民身份,未满18周岁前可随时申请入籍.不用参加入籍考试

To apply for citizenship for a child under 18, make sure the following conditions are met:

1. the person applying is the child's parent, adoptive parent or legal guardian

2. the child is a permanent resident, but does not need to have lived in Canada for three years; and

3. one parent is already a Canadian citizen or is applying to become a citizen at the same time. This also applies to adoptive parents.
