加拿大伦敦国际学院

沈阳简介

沈阳市位于松辽平原的东部，辽宁省的中部，辽河支流-浑河出山口的北部，地理环境重要，为辽宁省省会所在地，也是全省政治、经济、文化、交通中心，我国著名的重工业城市。沈阳已有2000多年历史，是中国著名的历史文化名城，是辽宁省的省会。因地处浑河（古称沈水）之北，中国古代习惯于把水的北面称之为阳，沈阳的名字便由此而来。境内总人口为671万人。多民族居住的地区，除汉族外，还有满族、朝鲜族、回族、锡伯族、蒙古族等32个少数民族。沈阳市下设9个区，1个县级市，3个县。
沈阳以平原为主，地势平坦；沈阳地区属于温带半湿润大陆性气候，受季风影响较大，四季分明，全年平均气温为8.1℃左右，7月份气温最高，月平均气温约24.0℃；1月份气温最低，月平均气温约-8.5℃。

　　 这样一座历史悠久的文明古城，沈阳的历史可以追溯到战国时代（距今约2，3O0年前）的燕国；它也是清帝国的发祥地。清太祖（努尔哈赤）创建后金，曾定都于此，后又迁都北京。尽管如此，沈阳一直被叫做“奉天”，而且多位历代皇帝曾经到此避难和游玩。由于这个缘故，沈阳还留下许多与清朝有关的建筑和文物，其中又以沈阳故宫最为闻名。

　　沈阳市的旅游景观丰富多彩，以名胜古迹最为突出。如，沈阳故宫、皇家陵寝(福陵、昭陵)、辉山风景区、辽宁广播电视塔、怪坡、“九？一八“风云（”九？一八“事变博物馆、张氏帅府 ）、中街商业步行街、浑河乐园、夏宫、新民西湖、新乐遗址、沈阳植物园、运河风景区（环城运河水系）、康平卧龙湖、沈阳古陨石被评为沈阳十五大旅游景观。

2010-2015年加国房地产投资10座首选城市
人们投资房地产时，不要只关注我们身边的市场。全国投资者机构The Real Estate Investment Network (REIN)，编制了所谓的加拿大房地产投资前景前10名城市。出乎人们意料之外的是没有几个大城市被列入其中。REIN总裁及该项研究的研究者之一Don Campbell先生表示，这一报告的结果是基于规划中的交通的改善，以及这些地区的平均收入、人口增长和就业增长高于全省平均水平。

2、Kitchener-Waterloo-Cambridge

A turnkey project could involve the following elements depending on its complexity:

Once the turnkey phase is over and the engineering firm receives the 'completion certificate', (from the owner), the latter will work independently or with the licensor (if any).
