转：关于-10年多次签证一旦续签就失效-问题的探讨-答案揭晓

[FONT=宋体]签证有效期：是指在这段时间内，可以多次或单次进入加拿大境内。比如[/FONT]10[FONT=宋体]年就是说这[/FONT]10[FONT=宋体]年内父母可以自由进出加拿大。[/FONT]
[FONT=宋体]7 a: A# J( J, b3 G" s$ f+ ][/FONT]

[FONT=宋体]居留有效期：是指每次入境合法可以在加拿大境内停留的时间。以入境时移民官手写的日期为准，一般是半年，也有三个月或更短的。如果没有手写日期，默认为半年。[/FONT]

[FONT=宋体]如果需要呆超过半年时间，无论你持的是何种签证（单次或多次），都可以在加拿大境内申请延期（续签）。当然，多次签证持有者可以靠出境再入境来获得新的居留时间。这里的出境可以回国，或者去古巴等，去美国不能算[/FONT][FONT=宋体]出境[/FONT][FONT=宋体]，所以去美国不会获得新的居留时间。[/FONT]

[FONT=宋体]答案就是我帖子里论述的，续签（延期）并不会影响你原有签证。我还专门举例：比如说我的[/FONT]10[FONT=宋体]年签证有效期是到[/FONT]2021[/font][FONT=宋体]年[/FONT]10[FONT=宋体]月，我今年登陆，合法有效停留期给了[/FONT]6[FONT=宋体]个月，在[/FONT]6[FONT=宋体]个月快结束前我申请延期了，又给了[/FONT]6[FONT=宋体]个月，之后我按期回国了，那么我仍然可以在[/FONT]2013,14,16[FONT=宋体],[/FONT]17[FONT=宋体]，反正就是[/FONT]2021[FONT=宋体]年[/FONT]10[FONT=宋体]月我的[/FONT]10[FONT=宋体]年多次签证失效前的任何日子登陆加拿大。[/FONT]
