“CIC has taken the view that all the other files have been closed. It might, however, be willing to process a few. As for the others, we are waiting for the judge to rule on my motion asking that he require CIC to follow the Liang decision for the other cases. ”

我理解错了，律师认为北京的这边起诉的，是经过我这里报名的有15人安全，（原本说19人），两人已发签证，剩下13人。。。

也就是说，即便35人也不是都安全的，只有12人是安全的。。。

Ruth, 这封信不是给你一个人的。这个解读也有问题。Dozen不是只有12个。几十个也叫Dozens，他没加复数。

他给你的信里明确说13个人的数字了？

律师把包括在Dozen里的人都回邮件了，明确告诉我是one of the dozen in this group to be safe。

我们的重点不是安全的问题，如有安全的同学不在名单上，赶紧和律师说。。这份名单应该是DOJ昨天就给的，我们的重点还是审理时间的问题。。。

你再读下，你说你不想要二次开庭和集体诉讼什么的。。然后律师回复说这是给他们愿意审理的人的建议。。。。我估计漏了个un，是unwilling 或not willing。。。

你今天的反应过了. 是不是回了一天的贴搞得头昏了连这个willing都有看法了? 休息一下再看, 你会看得清楚些.

我们的重点不是安全的问题，如有安全的同学不在名单上，赶紧和律师说。。这份名单应该是DOJ昨天就给的，我们的重点还是审理时间的问题。。。

我收到了one of a dozen 的邮件，是不是就在名单上？这个dozen究竟是多少人呢？怎么感觉范围越来越小了，真是不安呀！

昨天下午律师信还说北京19人，到了晚上DOJ的名单就变成15人，我不知道哪些人，所以无法确认。。。

体检信据说昨天有发的，但律师竟然用Visa这个词，我很奇怪。。。所以，律师信上的两个VIsa，应该是两个ME。

Cic一直在处理case，有人拿到visa并不奇怪，也许和香港幸运儿一样快速拿到签证。
