I also guess that the housing price will go down so I have not sent out any offer to any agent so far since the end of last year

Additionally, as a matter of fact, the housing price in Greate Vancouver has been dropping significantly according to the report of CREA for the March housing market.

好像是说跌了3%，bc是10%？
