We are looking to fill a full-time Automotive Service Technician job in Drayton Valley, AB. You must be a Journeyman Mechanic and have a minimum of three years of work experience. Automotive Service Technician Job responsibilities:
• Provide vehicle diagnose and perform repairs within a timely manner
• Examine and test drive vehicles to confirm required repairs
• Perform service work such as oil changes, brake repairs, heating and cooling repairs
• Perform engine repairs, wheel alignments, tire changes, and transmission repairs
• Perform maintenance or repair of fuel and emission systems
• Coordinate with parts department to ensure appropriate parts are received
• Provide repair quotes to customers
• Maintain records of repairs
Automotive Service Technician Job qualifications:
• Minimum of three years of experience as an Automotive Service Technician
• Journeyman Mechanic and/or Red Seal Mechanic Ticket
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must have a valid driver’s license
