我是个留学生，租了一个townhouse，有一个小草坪，几个月前接到sales的电话说是weed man（ lawn company) 帮我做个free estimate，我想free那就ok吧，后来也就没留意。 过了一段时间，回家的时候发现院子里有几包肥料，因为房东也经常过来弄草，所以也没在意，今天晚上8点的时候突然接到电话说我欠他们200刀，叫我给钱。。不然他们就会send to collection agent。。。我说要听录音，他说叫我去他们公司去听，我就无语了。谁给支个招，哪里能帮助我。。谢谢了~！

Fxxx that shit. 不鸟他，什么lawn company, 垃圾公司，卖给讨债公司？拿什么卖？你的名字，电话号码，和地址？有收据吗？有服务协议吗？讨债公司傻啊？拿什么讨债？房子是租来的，他们就算在房子上放个lien有用吗？注册个lien免费吗？没有收据，就算注册了个lien，有用吗Fxxx that shit.

你确定当初说的是free estimate么，有没有可能这些鸟公司开始说free,然后说一大堆乱七八糟的东西趁你没注意掺杂进收费的内容，最后你说yes就代表同意接受付费的服务？这些人很贼的。不管他说什么，都要问一句，how much does it cost?

不过既然没有协议，你也不是房东，那还是交给房东去处理吧。

他打电话给我的时候叫我告诉他我的credit card，我拒绝了，不知道从我的地址和电话他们能不能查到我的个人信息，现在他们有的client name都是错的，不是我的名字，只有电话，地址是我的。

帐单上有你名字吗? 没名字就不理. 有名字的话, 就要跟他耗. 要他拿出销售证据. 录音也罢, 签名也罢. 要是他拿不出, 那你就可以写信给他, 告诉他在没任何销售证据的情况下发帐单属于欺诈. 告诉他再骚扰就别找我, 直接找我的律师. 吓吓他. 这是我的亲身经历, 希望对你有用.
