Sorry about it. Yes, Intermediate level. It is either Level 9 (upper range) or Level 10 (Lower Range).
For the workers, there are 14 levels in total, Level 1 starts at 14.678 per hour. I never know that, thank you and I did some research. Really could not believe the pay is so low.
Supervisors/managers starts at the equivalent of Level 11/12 of the worker's rating (75-90k) .Director is 90-11k per year.. It is really not too much

hehe, I would like to say, when you hear sth you do not believe it is better to try to get more info. not just to say he is a liar.
25W is not easy, but most operators could get 15W after 1 year or so. I was an operator in oil and gas before, I could certainly say that it is very easy to get 150k per year

我这个1年3万8的gross pay的吊丝，本来以为跑来萨省能把头抬的高点，看了你们这几位大老板，真的无地自容。。。。
不过别忘了，永远不要拿你们的标准去衡量别人。动不动说这个单位人懒，那个单位给的不多，这个工资太低。
话说回来了，你就是拿25万一年又能咋样，还不是需要哥给你加油么？哈哈哈哈

人与人真的不同。有的人听说年15万，就说假的，或者吹嘘自己。为什么不去问问如何获得这个收入。我也加油，但在石油行业加油，只需要看看仪表，聊聊天，喝喝咖啡，就能拿你加油的几倍的工资，为什么不问问如何获得这样的工作就先不相信或者勃然大怒。心态好固然不错，为什么不努力找个更好的工作？
我说regina的房子贵，为什么不问问为什么？难道小城市就一定便宜吗？不一定。有时候小城市更贵。我说几个原因，看看我有没有说谎：
第一，regina没有足够的地来建房。政府没想到这几年发展的如此快，所以没有铺设水管，下水道等市政先期工作，所以可以用来建房的地太有限。
第二， 没有工人建。这里劳工短缺。我看一个楼，朋友说2年了，就3个工人，不知道什么时候能建起来。我来的时候，连宾馆都租不到。好不容易找到一家，一看，90%的是工人。他们都是从bc alberta ontario来的，住宾馆建房子，或者其他的工程，一天就是130刀啊， 房子的成本不高才怪。
第三，需求太多。涌进来的人太多了，需求大于供给，所以房价高企。如果连基本的供需关系都不明白，想当然的以为regina一定比多伦多便宜，那就只能吃亏在眼前了。
我到多伦多从来不用担心住不上宾馆，但regina，可要小心，夏天的时候真不容易租到。

看到你的payroll，只能说，Spence酋长感谢你，你一个人养活了好几户呢。
As salary rises higher and higher, it makes less and less sense to be an employee. Talk to your boss and change yourself to be a contractor, of course raise your bi-weekly pay from 9k to 10k as well, which is benefical to both your employer and yourself.
If you do finance job under a CFO, you know all these tricky things.
