本来不想发这个的,但实在是看不下去一群中介律师按照自己的思路忽悠,还有一群人我猜是投了CMB的人按照自己的理解往自己的方向去想。说话看事实,英文写在那里,稍微找一个大学4级的人读一下就行了。

这个附件是组10的补件,有能力的自己看看。原来借贷的可以,不是说就一直可以;移民局的策略是变的,这就是为什么CMB原来的没问题,组10就不行。

matter of Izummi 不是刚出来的早就有了。这个截图也说了:投资者与NCE之间不可以是借贷关系,否则不符合204.6中capital的定义。

另外在去条件之前,不可以履行赎回协议。

I don't think this supports your statement that loan model is not working any more. This just shows that CMB group 10 didn't comply with the regulation that was not new-- no redemption of principal can be made between investor aliens and RC before blackout period.

Are regional centers really required to register as broker-dealers under U.S. securities laws?

Recent articles have suggested that every United States Citizenship and Immigration Services ("USCIS")-approved regional center which pools foreign investor funds for EB-5 investment offerings sold to foreign investors may be required to register as securities broker-dealers under U.S. securities laws. 股权性的区域中心和借贷型的区域中心还是有区别的。

目前股权型的区域中心只有美国生活等少数,区域中心的负责人至少不是靠卖私募取酬的。而且他们也不是融资为主业的金融公司。
