房东不开暖气，室内温度低于21度，去哪里投诉？

既然房子出租了，就要满足出租的要求。以前曾经去过个极品中国人家，大冬天的，家里16度，穿身羽绒服在家。

我查了多伦多是到六月1号都需要维持最低21度. 还有许多城市都是到六月初或五月底. 你一定可以要求.

真是每个人的看法都不一样。不知道法律规定是房间里温度不能低于２１度还是客厅里的。房间温度，我量的有时候早上只有１７度。　我的咽炎还没有好，那个温度就会咳嗽。

无所谓了，反正我已经和房东说了要搬走了。开半个小时暖气就要吵，其他规矩也很多，以后还不知道有什么事情呢。我的隔壁母女的敢搬进来一个月，就和房东女朋友吵了一架，妈妈有高血压，估计挺难受的，也打算搬走了。而且小女孩现在也感冒咳嗽了。

我的一个朋友说他刚来加拿大时的房东到十一月了还不开暖气，室外温度最低到零下二十多度大雪纷飞，房东一家大人孩子在家里都穿棉袄。

这两天多伦多晚上很冷。早上6点就被冻醒，打喷嚏，咽炎咳嗽。
昨天我把暖气开了，房东然后跑下去又关了，还警告我说要和他打招呼。我说这这几天很冷希望开暖气，但是今天早上又被冻醒，我也不好意思打扰他睡觉。不知道这样的事情怎么处理，去哪个部门投诉？现在五月份，温度却还很低，不知有没有人管。

多伦多出租房温度规定：每年9月1日到次年5月1日，室内温度不能低于21度。 测量位置是房间的中间位置，距离地面1米处。
目前已经5月多了，只能和房东商量一下了。

因为印象中是6月1号 所以又查了一下 是一直到6月1号都要维持在21度 楼主人可以去声明，你有权利告房东

也觉得您只有搬家比较合适---找独立公寓比较自在.
我家温度22度，小孩也感冒几天了（在院子里玩的太晚了，天气变凉冻着了），吸取教训－－带孩子要根据温度穿合适的衣服。

房东也不过是挣你几个小钱，经济情况好的，有几个愿意让素不相识的陌生人住在你的隔壁。除非他本身就是吝惜成性，爱钱如命。有条件还是去租个公寓吧.

IT 工作工资应该不少的， 不行了， 自己买个电暖气吧， walmart 就有的， 看买哪一种了， 买那种Oil-filled radiator heater， 不贵， 迷你型的大概40元左右（功率700 瓦），大一点的60-70元左右（功率1500瓦）。。。这种暖气很安静， 没声音。
不过这种房东， 今年冬天再来临的时候还是找个房子搬家。。。。
另外如果你要申诉， 找那个机构觉得是行的通的， 而且有中文服务的。。。但是就是可能会跟房东因为这些事情会起争执的, 把脸皮彻底拉下来的。。。。

上有政策下有对策，同一屋檐下没必要和房东正面冲突，既然提出诉求无果，气不顺要么就搬家，要么就买个电热毯+电暖器炉，房东不能贸然进入你的房间查看，这是侵犯租客隐私的。
建议楼主在不同的时间段和日子里用手机拍摄室内日温度计上的数字，手机上有日期和时间显示，再把政府法例规定出租房温度的文件打印出来，当房东看到电费单炸毛时，把所有证据甩给他，啪啪啪打他脸
