我想一般

我想一般就是让你说什么difficult decision啊，conflict处理啊，或者给你个场景问你如何解决之类的吧？例如：

• Tell me about how you worked effectively under pressure.
• How do you handle a challenge? Give an example.
• Have you ever made a mistake? How did you handle it?
• Give an example of a goal you reached and tell me how you achieved it.
• Describe a decision you made that wasn't popular and how you handled implementing it.
• Give an example of how you set goals and achieve them.
• Give an example of how you worked on team.
• What do you do if you disagree with someone at work?
• Share an example of how you were able to motivate employees or co-workers.
• Have you handled a difficult situation?

面试以后没有回音，只好继续找。今天收获3个电话面试。
上午一个电话面试是猎头的，她觉得有些客户可能适合我，要我明天去downtown见面，又不能说不见，明天得早起。而且我看猎头给我推荐的一个职位好像我自己提交过的，不知道猎头推荐的话是不是会好一些？
下午本来约的一个面试我等过了10分钟还没有收到电话，只好打过去，对方说不好意思被拖后了，再过一会就打来。我又等了一分钟，她果然打过来了，居然聊了45分钟，她说会提交报告上去，让我等2-3周的消息，如果没有消息可以联系她。
另一个猎头过会打来，那个男的英语我听得很吃力，估计有点麻烦。等待中。
