在线客服回复:“I've cancelled your Amazon Prime membership.You'll receive a CDN$ 88.48 refund of the Amazon Prime membership fee. Refunds typically process within 2-3 business days and appear as a credit on your billing statement.“
后来我问:“I want to know why the fee is charged without notice.”
在线客服回复:“I am really sorry for the inconvenience. This does happen sometimes. While checking out the website you must have clicked accidentally on an option to sign up for the Prime Trial. Once the trial ended you got charged automatically since the service is an auto renew service. Please do no worry about this. You will not be charged until and unless you authorize us for this."
