刚才联系了一个律所，一个student lawyer 收费1000，线下解决。上庭2500，我也只为得到一些信息，他说我只有极小可能会进监狱，所以还是交通事故吧。
由于我即将回国，我先申请延期，等回来以后再说。

你看看这篇，就算你真撞车了，是否逃逸还有警察的处理是否符合程序，还是可以谈的。

反复考虑之后，我觉得还是认罪减刑。
我从几个告票专家处得知，认罪减刑可以降到轻判，只扣2-3分。
其实闹大也不好，可能最后会成本更高，麻烦更多。还是因为自己当晚过于傻逼的表现，只能算吃亏买教训吧。
好好练习开车技术，免得以后再出类似事故。
特别是邻居如果真是想放我一马，我最后闹到出庭，他可能也会被诉伪证，反而更对不起他了。

你们的撞痕是否match, 撞痕的高度，新旧，是否有对方车的油漆？还有您停车的时间，和邻居看到他的车被撞的时间是否match?
同款的车很多，不同款长的很像的车也很多，只要能证明时间不match，就是您邻居认错车了。
